Work irregular hours. If you already work remotely and have team members across time zones, you can often time shift your schedule to what works best for you without even telling anyone.

I had a job that would let me work irregular hours, as long as I made the meetings and got everything done...but the biggest game changer for me was the medication.

I also work in Europe, so there may be some work culture differences at play.

Irregular hours are a big deal. I remember when I worked in an office and every day I'd get exhausted around 2-3pm. I'd do everything I could to stay awake, but wasn't always successful.

It would have been much smarter to just let me nap and then extend my work hours, or have me work from home during that time. I'm effective in the morning and evening, but the middle hours are a big dead zone

Morning is difficult for me-- late afternoon and evening are actually my most productive times! So much caffiene is consumed.
