a. Reporting copyright infringement
- If you believe that any Content on the Service infringes your copyright, please send us a notice containing the following information:
- identification of the work or material being infringed;
- identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including its location, with sufficient detail so that Three Tablets is capable of finding it and verifying its existence;
- your contact information, including name, address, telephone number, and email address;
- a statement that you have a good faith belief that the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
- a statement made under penalty of perjury that the information provided in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to make the complaint on behalf of the copyright owner; and
- a physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright that has been allegedly infringed.
- Infringement notices are not confidential. Three Tablets may provide the information contained in a notice to the user who posted the allegedly infringing Content, or to other parties. b. Responding to improper removals
- If you believe that Content you posted was wrongfully removed or disabled as a result of a copyright infringement notice, you may notify Three Tablets by providing the following information:
- the specific location of the material that Three Tablets has removed or disabled access to;
- your name, address, telephone number, and email address;
- a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or the federal district courts located in Delaware if your address is outside of the United States), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification of infringement (or an agent of that person);
- this statement: "I swear, under penalty of perjury, that I have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled"; and
- your signature. c. Removal and termination for infringement. Three Tablets will terminate, under appropriate circumstances, the Accounts of users who repeatedly use the Service to infringe copyrights. Three Tablets also reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to remove allegedly or apparently infringing Content without notice to you.
d. Copies of linked pages
- When a member posts a link, we retrieve information about the page and show a preview with the post. A preview may include images, which we copy and serve from our own servers rather than loading them from the linked site.
- Separately, we expect to retrieve and keep a copy of a linked page, including its full text, in order to analyze it. That analysis feeds recommendations of related posts and search results. This analytical copy is not displayed; it is held as data.
- If you own the copyright in material we have copied in either way, the notice-and-takedown procedure in section (a) applies to these copies. Identify either the post that links to your material or the address of the stored copy.
